Josh Davis is a certified personal trainer and movement coach focused on helping people move, feel, and perform better across the Comox Valley.
Supporting Parents While Josh works with people from all walks of life, he is especially focused on helping parents regain their fitness. As a dad to two young boys, he understands firsthand how challenging it can be to maintain your energy and stay consistent with exercise after having kids. His goal is to help you rebuild your strength, mobility and stamina so you can keep up with your family and your passions.
Training for the Outdoors Josh’s approach centers on building functional strength, improving mobility, and learning efficient movement patterns. Because he actively trains for everything the Comox Valley has to offer—including mountain biking in Cumberland, trail running in Courtenay, snowboarding at Mount Washington, and surfing the coast—he knows how to customize your personal training to protect your joints, prevent injury, and elevate your outdoor performance.
Advanced Training & Methods Josh has studied a wide range of movement disciplines and combines them to fit your specific goals. His background includes:
MovNat, Functional Patterns, Weck Method, and POSE Method, Pain Free Performance (PPSC), HumanWild, BreathHoldWork Method and Samsara Experience.

Natural Running Workshop | Comox Valley Running Coach
3 hour workshop that will teach you the most efficient way to run. We will video your current running to show you how your foot strikes, where you’re inefficiencies lie and how to improve your technique. This combines running techniques from Movnat, POSE Method, Tony Riddle and WeckMethod and will change how you run.
