I offer personal training and movement coaching to help you move and feel better.
I understand that everyone has different challenges that prevent them reaching their fitness/lifestyle goals. Be it work, kids, self esteem, information overload, or lack of knowledge of where to start.
I work with you to make it as simple as possible. Together we will figure out what your reality is, how much time you have to train, what your barriers are and help identify goals to keep you motivated to continue.
We will also go over my 12 natural movements test to identify areas you are strong and areas you have room for improvement to make you a strong and resilient mover.

I specialize in natural movement training that builds strength, mobility, and confidence for everyday life. By practicing fundamental human movement patterns—walking, running, jumping, climbing, balancing, ground movements, lifting, throwing, and breathing—you’ll learn to use your body the way it was designed to move. This approach turns daily activities into opportunities for fitness, helping you train all day, every day as you interact with your environment.
As you develop these core skills, you’ll not only improve posture and resilience but also gain the confidence to take on new challenges, whether it’s sports, outdoor adventures, or simply moving with ease in your daily routine. Based in the Comox Valley, my coaching helps you reconnect with your body’s natural potential and apply it to real life
How it works…
1. Initial Assessment
We will work together to identify what your goals are, what is getting in the way of you achieving them and what is a realistic approach based on your busy life. If you can only exercise 20 mins a few times a week then that is what the plan will reflect!
2. Movement Assessment
My movement assessment consists of 12 natural movements each with 3 levels of difficulty for you to try. Once we have assessed where you current levels are we can create a plan for you to work towards the movements you would most like to achieve.
3. Customised Plan
I will create a customised plan of movements and workouts for you to do based on how much time you have. This can be working in person with me at Ki Fitness or I can create an online program for you to follow independently.
4. Update and modify as you go
We will regularly assess the 12 movements test to see where you are making progress and modify your plan accordingly. We can talk honestly about any set backs and make plans to keep you on track should they occur.
