Re-learn how play can get you fit and strong. Each week you will learn new movement skills; jumping, crawling, balancing, vaulting, lifting in new locations with a fun community of like minded people.

Natural Running Workshop
3 hour workshop that will teach you the most efficient way to run. We will video your current running to show you how your foot strikes, where you’re inefficiencies lie and how to improve your technique. This combines running techniques from Movnat, POSE Method, Tony Riddle and WeckMethod and will change how you run.
$150 or $75 for 2 people
